Dr. Wei is very good. Quick and explains things well. She was aware that I was quite nervous and checked multiple times if I was doing okay during the fillings. Hygienist, Malak (sp?), was great too. She also made sure I was doing okay. She put on relaxing music and gave me a stress ball to hold which was great. I hope I see Dr Wei again--always lots of turn over of dentists at this location so I have rarely (never?) seen the same dentist twice!

Been coming here for over 20 years with my family. They have the same great, friendly, professionally skilled hygienists Kim and Mandi who have always been here. The Front desk is always friendly and helpful. That alone says a lot about the place with the same staff for this long. Excellent Dentist Dr. Eisenstat has retired and will be missed but has left his practice to the new dentist Dr. Sze ...he has been great! My kids (since 4yrs old) now adults and as well as my own visits with Kim, Mandi and the dentist have been ALWAYS been positive experiences. Can’t say that with every appointment I’ve ever had with other clinics or Dr.’s appt.’s. I had a appt. this week and It’s really great to hear that Dr. Eisenstat still always stops by the clinic to visit his staff and see how things are going. I would recommend this clinic!!

I have been a patient of Centrepointe Dental since childhood and have always been treated like family. Dr. Eisenstat has left the practice with knowledgeable and friendly staff. From the dynamic duo of Dr. Sze and Ms. Sasha with their phenomenal beside manners, strong communication and professional skills; to the wonderful and meticulous hygienists of Kim and Mandi. I can not say enough about how warm and welcoming Tina and Karen have been from squeezing me in for an appointment to efficiently and properly submitting the insurance claim. In my humble opinion this practice should be a model for all dental practices across the city if not the province and would highly recommend to new patients!

I have been a patient for over 25 years. Always accommodating to set up appointments whether an emergency or a routine cleaning. Dr. Eisenstat was an excellent dentist. I have not had work completed by Dr. Sze yet. Mandi and Kim are great hygienists. Tina is friendly and efficient at the front desk.

I've been a client of Centrepoint Dental for many years. I did take a hiatus from this dental clinic as my husband and I moved out of province. Now that we are back, we have both "-re-registered" as patients and we could not be happier about returning to this professional and easily accessible clinic. Parking is free in the neighbourhood and the building is easily accessed. The staff and team have always treated us with respect, and, they even remembered my name after a few years of being away. (That kind of small detail is always (to me), a sign of good customer service. THe other compliment is not from me, it's from their own staff. I returned after a number of years to find many of the staff still work there, after all these years. That fact proves that loyalty in staff is only applicable as a result of the way staff are valued, or not. It's clear that Centrepointe dental is professional and loyal to staff and clients alike. I'm happy to be back!

Today was my first visit to Holland Cross Dental, and it was a wonderful experience. Christa welcomed me. She was professional, yet friendly and outgoing; a lovely girl. Dr. McCullough was amazing. He put all my fears to rest. He showed me exactly what the plan going forward would be. His calm and friendly manner was comforting.

Have been seeing Dr. Eisenstat since I moved to Ottawa in 1988, I have always been treated well. They use state of the art equipment and are always friendly. I have had my share of dental issues over the years and always received great care. Once during a particularly bad infection Dr. Eisenstat made himself available to me from home over the weekend in case things got worse. I had to call him and he phoned in a prescription for me and within 24 hours I felt better. I am not looking forward to the day when he tells me he his retiring! Hopefully that won't be for a long long time!

Holland Cross dental hygienist Sanam is very competent, careful, works gently, takes interest in people, and provided excellent teeth cleaning results. Noting a damaged tooth, Sanam requested Dr.John Hill look at it. During nearly 30 years as our family dentist, Dr.Hill has been a truly exceptionally great dentist! I look forward to my upcoming appointment with Dr.Hill fixing that tooth. Staff member MaryAnn provided courteous professional help in registering and billing. Great team of kind professional people!

Fast and efficient cleaning, checkup appointment, with friendly and patient staff. Very modern office with all the latest technology, including Austen air cleaners to keep rooms very fresh.

I have been visiting this practice for the last 20 years. I was first under the care of Dr. Eisenstat and I am currently under the care of Dr. Sze. They are all very wonderful, knowledgeable and have always gone out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. Everyone has always been very friendly and kind and taken great care of my teeth. Would certainly recommend this place. This practice is also very easily accessible by public transit and has many parking options in the vacinity as well.
